I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were easy to keep warm, very tidy, and just a short walk from the main building. The sledges provided for free at reception were a fun addition. The staff were excellent, always friendly, and kept the place tidy, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to the ski resort and town center, with plenty of dining options nearby.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy in Block 500, a short walk from the reception, but the lack of bath may be a downside for families. The staff was excellent and kept everything in order. The main building had a cozy atmosphere with a nice log fire but a bit challenging to navigate between buildings. The location was superb, right in the heart of Levi center, close to ski lifts and restaurants, but the distance to the main building in icy conditions was a drawback.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired. Overall, a great value for money.
